“after being a patient of Dr. olivera for a decade I transfered to the port St. Lucie office .now I see that other patients complain. even though I always paid my fees for missing a phone conversations I missed 4 in 10 years.so someone decided to not only toss me away like garbage . I am 73 my wife died of Alzheimer's and I lost my house because I took care of my wife and couldn't afford it .Riverview forgot that taking care of people that need help is their job.they make me sick not better. Dr. olivera you should be aware of what's going on your people in port st Lucie office are nasty..shocked pissed and is how my mental health is now beware”

“I have been a patient here for years and cannot believe the lack of urgency with calling in prescriptions. Every month I have to call multiple times to get my medication called into the pharmacy. There have been several months lately that I have run out and gone without a medication that I cannot safely go without taking. Something needs to change because this is seriously dangerous. My provider even told me that I can’t go without this medicine or I could be hospitalized. Not sure where the problem is stemming from but I’ve never had to follow up everyday for a Dr to simply call in a medication.”

“Hate this place. Find literally anywhere else to go. Receptionists are always rude or try to block you from getting the services you need at EVERY turn. Never accommodating, always have an attitude when you call in trying to get refills, always trying to make you have monthly appointments ($130 per visit, out of pocket, not covered by the insurance even if you have it), before theyll reconsider refilling non-controlled substances their own STAFF admitted they dont even legally have to see you that often to refill it for you. And when you make the appointment and pay that $130? They talk to you for less than 5 minutes ask "is everything good? Yes? Okay. Refilled" and then act weirded out if you try to tell them about how youre feeling. Trying to get anything done over the phone with them makes you feel like you want to drive headfirst into oncoming traffic just to get the interaction to end, and by the time youre off the phone youll just be super frustrated and STILL wont have your problem resolved. Please for the sake of your mental health go anywhere else, these people dont care about you. Not even a little bit.”
