“I have been going here for 8 months and this place is mediocre at best. When I first tried to make an appointment, it took almost 3 weeks for someone to even get back to me to let me know I would need a PCP referral (I've never needed a referral for any other psychiatric facility). Don't expect to ever get anyone on the phone or any questions answered within a reasonable timeframe. Also, don't expect the 'Drs' to remember anything about you - I would never expect them to memorize everyone but before an appointment possibly take a quick glance at their charts so the entire appointment isn't just a recap of the last time, and the time before that, and so on. The reason I'm fine with it is because I've been dealing for decades with various Drs & facilities so I have some knowledge of what works & what doesn't for me. If this is your first stop on your journey, I really don't see it providing much help. For now, since I'm just going here to get my meds prescribed, it's fine but if I really needed a re-evaluation or actual help- I would have to find somewhere else.”

“This office is impossible to get ahold of. My PCP put in a referral and I accidentally missed their initial call to set up an appointment, no big deal I'll just call the new patient line that they instructed me to call back on. Over the course of several days I have attempted to call them 18 times and counting at all times of day. They never answer and never attempt to call you back. Good luck getting care through this office :(”

“Very bad place to go I would say go to the other clinics they have around town. They don’t care about the pain you’re in when they’re doing something that obviously wasn’t right. I should not have been an excruciating pain during TMS, but after the fourth time I said I’m done. I can’t do this. They also sneak the amount of degree that they turn it up without telling you they don’t even get your permission. Then they try to keep your money that you pay in advance for your co-pays, which is totally different from your insurance and they said “well we wanna make sure the insurance gets paid and I said that is between you and insurance they tried to keep my money, and I threw a fit so after some discussions with the office manager, he finally gave in and gave me my money back when I told him that that is not legal. He said he has a business to run that right there made me think oh my God that’s all that you care about is a business to run instead of about what people need the healing in the pain and suffering that we go through when we have anxiety and depression. Again, this is not a good place to go please run.”

“Dr. Groom is the best at his job. He was the one that diagnosed me with ADHD, depression and anxiety.but as far as Dr. Jagger he declined my referral because I would not see a new doctor in Daphne, Al. His name is Dr. Harrison. His nurse was insinuating to me that he was not going to give me no different medication . I was just trying to get on the right medication. Danielle, is the new reschedule patients she would not return my calls. They most definitely need to get some new help.I definitely don’t recommend either of these clinics. Casey in the Daphne, Al. Office has a bad attitude. I wouldn’t dare go to that office.”
