This information put me completely at ease about having her administer the trigger point injections in my neck. She expertly completed the injections, after having me point out my most painful areas on my neck. She then offered other ideas that may be helpful for my neck issues. My appointment was at 3 pm and I filled out the pre-appointment paperwork online agead of time. I still arrived 20 mins early and was called back on time and saw the doctor shortly after. Excellent!”

“I am a current patient, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. For the past week, I have called the nurse line multiple times and also sent messages through the patient portal regarding an issue with my prescription. My prescription has been sitting at Walgreens for over a week because the pharmacy needs clarification from the provider before they can fill it. Unfortunately, Walgreens has also been unable to reach anyone at the office to resolve the issue. Timely communication is especially important when patients are waiting on medication. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but not receiving a response after a full week of phone calls and portal messages is very frustrating. I hope the office can improve its responsiveness so that other patients do not experience similar delays in getting their prescriptions filled.”
