“I made an appointment with Dr. Vazquez a month and a half in advanced and received a call the day before that online paper work needed to be completely immediately or my appointment would be cancelled. I explained to the receptionist that I am a college student about to walk into a final exam and I have been struggling to figure out the patient portal online and asked if I could have the hour to figure it out or if I could come by in person to do the paperwork since the online option wasn’t working for me. She went to ask Dr. Vazquez and she had denied all requested and said to cancel my appointment right then and there not even allowing me the hour to try to sort it out. The receptionist was very kind a truly tried and advocated for me it is the doctors that don’t care. It is hard to believe that a mental health clinic can have such little regard to things their patients are going through. I would not recommend going here at all for new patients.”

They have all the comprehensive services. They have improved their communication and access to appointments in the last 12 months.”

“Called and explained several times about a billing error, charged my card without authorization form signed, said no I would not like my card on file and still did not listen. This is considered fraud and have yet to have anyone call me back to rectify the situation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!”

“I would not recommend this place at all. Ever since the ownership changed, the customer service has gone completely downhill. I recently had an issue with billing, even though my bill had already been paid. Instead of trying to resolve anything professionally, a billing agent named Leah called me and was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even let me explain my side of the situation and just talked over me the entire time. To make matters worse, they canceled my appointment despite my account being paid up. The lack of communication, respect, and basic customer service is very disappointing. I expected much better from a psychiatry office.”
