“I have never received such a negative interaction as I have at their office today. I’ve been coming to them for years for medication appointments. Today I waited around for my telehealth appointment, which never happened. I had no record of them calling texting or emailing. I told them this over the phone multiple times and they told me because they had record on their side that they had made those phone calls that they would be charging me the no-show fee. I proceeded to drive up there to show them that I have not received anything. And was told I could’ve deleted or manipulated those which is in my words, calling me a liar. I would never waste my time, especially twice in one day to prove something if I didn’t have full intention of it being true .absolutely disappointed and will never be coming back.”

“I've been coming here for 2+ years now and Dr Kawliche and his team have been absolutely wonderful. Melissa and Heidi are wonderful! I really appreciate how caring and kind they are. You can't find care like this anywhere else. TMS has worked for me and my husband. We this to anyone who is looking for alternative treatment when medications no longer work. They offer really great quality Care and their team is fantastic. I love the entire team. Come see them and let them get you right ❤️”

“I would not recommend this practice to anyone. They are only about the money and do listen to the parents concerns regarding their children. I had a meeting with one of the providers, the call got cut off because you’re only give so much time. I do understand that and understand that they have a case lode and other patients, however, this office is for mental health issues and if you’re having issues that need addressed, sometimes you need more time. We were in the middle of discussing possible medication change, the call was cut off. No one from the office called me, I called the office 12/15/25 to discuss what the next move was, and never received any call back. Then the office closed for Christmas break. I call after Christmas break letting them know I never received any call back and how unsatisfactory I am with their services and the way they do business and treat their patients. It’s unexceptionable for a doctor’s office not to call back or address a child’s mental health issues. I typically do not do these reviews, however, this places everyone should be warned about!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE FOR HELP!”

“I can't say enough good things about Brandon TMS and the people here! These folks know TMS better than anyone; they were one of the very first clinics to start offering it. They were professional and accommodating from the first appointment, and made the assessment and insurance paperwork super easy. I have pretty average insurance, and all my sessions were covered. Dr. Kawliche is obviously passionate about the treatments he oversees, and the relief it bring to people who have tried everything. The folks who administer treatment sessions are warm and friendly, remain with you through the entire session, and monitor your progress as you go. I came here for TMS after a decade and a half of therapy, medications, and lifestyle changes weren't enough to shake persistent depression. The sessions are daily for about six weeks, but they're fast— it was usually about 25 minutes from when I walked into the office to when I was back in the car. I know that everyone responds differently, but my results have been better than I ever hoped! I recommend this place to people all the time, especially if they mention being unhappy with other treatments they've tried.”
