“Dr. Olivier is my primary psychiatrist. I have enjoyed working with her. I appreciate her honesty and her patience with all my medical issues. About three weeks ago, I walked in and learned that she would no longer be my Spravato provider. This came unexpected. Today, I tried to reach out regarding a medication and quickly realized that I had lost direct communication with my doctor. I can no longer reach her through the portal. I’m now having to go through multiple people for messaging. I can only imagine this is a corporate issue, and not a physician issue. It does leave mental health patients with an uneasy feeling. I liked being able to message my doctor if I had an emergency or a situation that needed addressing. Previously, I knew the response was coming directly from my doctor. Now, it feels like that game you play in school, where you whisper a secret and pass it around a circle and see what the last person says. It just feels unsafe. Again, that is no reflection whatsoever on Dr. Olivier. I’m sure this is something that the corporation now needs to address. I literally have 18 specialty doctors. I have access to every single doctor through my portal if needed in an emergency or if an urgent situation that needs to be addressed but doesn’t require a hospital visit. It feels like I’ve lost that connection to my psychiatrist. Dr. Olivier has carried me through a lot of heartache, a lot of medication changes that were much needed, and always provided encouragement. I like that she’s always honest with me and gently guides me back in line If my opinion or my view of something is out of whack. She helps me to look at things through other eyes.. I hope that she will always be my provider.”

“This is my business account, but I am a patient of one of the psychiatrists at TMS. She is the best Psychiatrist I have ever had and I’m 60 years old! She knows all the different types of medication’s and the combinations but without overdoing it. She also asks me about my life and other things so it’s not just only about the meds. Highly highly recommend!”
