Sonya, my therapist, is compassionate, insightful, and creates a safe space that truly supports growth and healing. Every member of the staff is amazing, professional, and genuinely invested in their patients’ well-being. “I have given this organization nearly six months to address these issues before posting this review. While many of the doctors and staff have been caring and professional, the administrative side has been extremely frustrating. Every care coordinator assigned to our family has been transferred or replaced, leaving little continuity of care for my autistic son. Since Easter, he has experienced three seizures and two FND episodes that temporarily affected his ability to walk. Medication changes ordered by his neurologist took days to process, and an incorrect prescription caused further delays. The phone system is nearly impossible to navigate. Calls bounce between clinics, often ending with no answer, and promised callbacks rarely happen. Appointment reminders have become confusing, sometimes sending telehealth links a week early without clearly identifying the patient, causing unnecessary stress and scheduling problems. Billing has been equally concerning. Payments I have made do not always appear on statements, and repeated requests for billing assistance or management callbacks have gone unanswered. The medical staff deserve credit, but the communication, scheduling, billing, and management systems need significant improvement. Families dealing with serious medical conditions should not have to work this hard just to receive coordinated care.”

“I just love these folks. Does not matter which location either because the fantastic office and clinical employees that I’ve encountered by either zoom, electronic correspondence and such or even a face to face- ALL of them erase whatever stigma possibilities that us mentally miswired people may encounter. They make that stigma disappear so fast that it seems like as if it was last week’s news. They truly care-treat u like a person not a number or a medical file folder. They know there’s more to the story for all of us regardless of how looney bin bound we may be acting at the moment:) The treatment psych nurses are some of the best I’ve ever encountered- you gotta think 48ish years and I’m saying the folks are some of the best- integrity”
