“Our experience with Dr Khademi was very good. He was very thorough and reviewed test results with potential solutions. The Office staff is another story. If we depended on this staff, we would have found another neurologist. They make mistakes with your appointments and health insurance and take zero responsibility. You can never get through to speak to someone about your issues and forget about getting a return call back. The day before our long awaited (5 months) appointment I get a call letting me know that my appointment will have to be rescheduled and I would have to pay $100 cancellation fee (mind you, I was not cancelling the appointment, but the appointment was going to be cancelled by the Office) because they could not get a referral from my PCP. Mind you, this was brought to my attention not a week or 2 out from the appointment but the afternoon before the appointment, which was scheduled at 10:30am the next morning. I asked why should I be penalized for something that is not my fault, but clearly someone in their Office did not do their job and follow through. The answer I received to that question was “this is our policy.” I had to leave work, and race up to my PCP who verified that Countryside Nuerology never submitted a request for a referral. I pleaded with them to send one STAT at 4pm in the afternoon, which they did. I called CN to verify receipt, but at 4:10 in the afternoon, they were already closed. I took off work again the next day, to arrive at my appointment an hour and 1/2 earlier, because I was left on hold on the phone for 23 minutes, with no one picking up when I called to speak with someone. We are searching for another Neurologist not because of Dr Khademi but because of the very unprofessional staff employed. Anyone that is in Management knows the fish always smells at the head. Weekly meetings with an emphasis on customer service and the real reason you are in your positions is to “help” patients would probably help tremendously. Dealing with this Office staff has been very disappointing.”

“I had my first visit with this group last week. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I saw Nicole and she took the time to listen and ask a ton of questions. I’m a healthcare director so I work with PA’s and MD’s everyday. I couldn’t have been more impressed by Nicole. They didn’t treat me like a number or slot on the EMR schedule. I know I’m in good hands finally.”

“Sad truth is I really liked this place - at first. Now, what a complete disaster. Not sure if the issue is with the administrative staff or the office manager but I've requested to speak with a manager several times, left multiple voicemails, and have yet to receive a single response. To make matters worse, they claim they don't even have an email address where simple insurance information can be sent, only a fax number as if we're still in the 1980s. This has been some of the worst customer service I've experienced. For a neurology practice whose patients are often dealing with serious neurological conditions, the lack of compassion, communication, responsiveness, and basic customer service is flabbergasting. If you want to leave with a migraine just from trying to get someone to help you, then this is the place for you As several other reviewers have mentioned, I receive routine injections here for chronic migraines. Out of the blue, I was suddenly told I owed a significant balance because they claimed my insurance was no longer active. To make matters worse, I drove an hour each way for a scheduled appointment, only to be told when I arrived that it had been canceled; without any phone call, email, or text notification. It's incredibly infuriating. Now I am told I need to drive back to pick up this printed bill that is due just so I can submit it myself to my insurance... rightttttt”

“I’m giving four stars because for the first five months we only saw a nurse practitioner. While she was pleasant, competent and ordered all the right tests for my husband, I felt that she didn’t strongly and clearly explain to him his condition. When we finally saw Dr Khademi (after my complaints and two cancellations on their part), I thought he was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained why the medication was important and made lifestyle suggestions regarding driving and other issues. I also appreciated that he and the assistant asked for my take on things for perspective.”
