“Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review. I scheduled this appointment for my mother who has been struggling and it took a lot of effort to convince her to seek a provider. An appointment was scheduled at 1000 and her insurance info was submitted at booking at 0840 I recieved a text that she did not have an address on file and unless rectified by calling the office the app would be canceled. I attempted to call X4 and could not reach anyone. Her appointment was auto canceled as a result. I had planned to take her to the office early to ensure any new patient paperwork was done prior to appt time which is standard practice. As an acute care BH nurse myself I am disappointed in the lack of responsiveness from the office. I see many patients who struggle to find services or are resistant due to difficulty making appointments. Moving forward instead of an automated text message I would suggest having staff reach out or allow patients to come in early for paperwork.”
