“I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers. I had a scheduled telehealth appointment with Laura Montgomery that never took place, and I received absolutely no communication, no text, call, or email explaining that the appointment was canceled. When I finally reached out, a staff member at the Sarasota office informed me that they are no longer focusing on medication management and are prioritizing TMS treatment instead. It is unacceptable to drop a patient without notice. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking help for anxiety or PTSD; stay far away from this practice.”
